Catawba Cultural Center – Greenway Hike

In an effort to provide more context to our Sept 10th presentation by Roo George-Warren from the Catawba Nation, we will be going on a guided walk at the Catawba Cultural Center in Fort Mill, SC.

Because the cultural center is providing a group program, this is a paid event and requires registration on our member website. Tickets are $10 each, with a limit of 25 registrations. Payment will be collected by Craig Maxwell at the hike, accepting cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash app.

Join one of their educators (Dr. Robert Carter), on a guided nature trail walk along a portion or the entire 1.2 mile out and back trail. The subjects discussed on this walk may include plant identification, wildlife, history, storytelling, and songs.
