Steps to Register: Please Read First!
1-Join the NCNPS or Renew if your membership has lapsed. CLICK HERE!
This is a member event! We welcome you to join us. Please join or renew your membership (if lapsed) BEFORE you go to the registration form. Wild Apricot does not allow non-members to register. (Those approved to use the speaker and vendor tickets do not need to join first – but you are welcome to!)
2-Know before you go to register
Choose one lunch and if you want to take a field trip OR workshops on Saturday morning.
All descriptions for these are on this webpage. You will need this to register.
3-Register for the Main Event by September 8!
The “main event” includes registration for the whole Celebration. (field trips, workshops, coffee/tea & water station, lunch, and afternoon sessions)
There are 3 tickets for this event.
Main Event – $30, must be a member to register
Speakers – $0, speakers, workshop and field trip leaders (need a code) Do not need to join.
Vendors – $20, native plant sale nursery workers having lunch with us (on a list) Do not need to join.

- Pay the registration fee. (A great price for all the learning opportunities plus lunch).

4-Confirmations and Selecting your Field Trip or Workshop
An email confirmation will arrive after you register for the Main Event via Wild Apricot.
In that confirmation, there will be a link to a Google Form. This is how you select your field trip or workshop, please do this as soon as you get the WA confirmation. If you are unable to complete your registration due to payment, come back to this link to make your selection. We will see a pending registration in the system and accept your choice.
If the word FULL appears in front of a field trip or workshop, please do not choose it. You will receive confirmation of the option you chose directly from a registration team member.

5-Deadline and Cancellations
The last day to register and be guaranteed lunch is September 8. We cannot accept registrations at the event. If you need to cancel your registration, contact us! There are no refunds for this event. You may however gift or sell your ticket to another member.
You are all set to come Celebrate an astounding 75 years of promoting, protecting, restoring and enjoying the Native Plants of North Carolina. We look forward to seeing you there.
