Between Your Pantry & Your Backyard–The Culinary Art of Springtime Plants

Join us for a session describing and demonstrating how to safely consume three plant species which can be found in the Southern Appalachian region…right where we are!  These species can all be found blooming during the spring season, and can be foraged for nifty purposes by us humans.  This will be a casual “class” to educate and show how these plants can be prepared in your own kitchen!  I hope to see you there.
