Field Trip to Forest Ridge Park – Southern Section, Wake Forest, NC

Raleigh’s Forest Ridge Park staff will show us an undeveloped portion of Forest Ridge Park otherwise closed to the public. This area has no trails (walking will be through open woodland) but interesting geological features, including the highest bluffs on Falls Lake, and some beautiful, scenic overlooks and creeks.
